Agent View

Departments can also be termed as cost centers. Organizations can use departments to assign budgets and be able to draw down assigned capital as items are procured for the respective cost center.

The agent view list all departments ( cost center), main contact and the remaining budget for each. In this view, agents have the ability to adjust department budgets and view a spend reports.

An agent can navigate to department by selecting Checkout → Departments.
