We've added a new section in the Checkout hub to keep you up to date on the latest developments. Stay informed about all the exciting new features and improvements! Our friends at Released.so hooked us up with a Jira integration that turns our Jira issues into the beautiful in app release notes you are now reading. Watch out for the glowing red dot that signals the hot new features we just dropped.

New Languages Support

Checkout is now available in Swedish, Portuguese, Traditional Chinese and Dutch! This brings to it to 11 supported languages. And we are not stopping there. We will make sure to support every language Atlassian Supports in Jira. This exciting additions allows our users to interact with the platform in their preferred language.

Automation security enhancement

Checkout has addressed a potential security risk by updating how automation functions are handled. Previously, automation was executed as Checkout itself, posing a security concern due to the wide range of capabilities Checkout possesses. Now, automations are executed as the owner of the automation, ensuring tighter security measures.

Support for multiple Asset Providers in Checkout System is getting close

We have refactored the Checkout to prepare it for supporting multiple Asset Providers in the near future. Previously, certain attributes such as vendor, assignee, and item were required for Checkout to work. With this update, Checkout will no longer be tightly be coupled with these attributes.

Language Translation Fix

We resolved an issue that caused the checkout language to default to English in datacenter when the system's language matched the personal language.

Time out issue with Order History report

We have resolved an issue where the Order History report and the department order history list were timing out while fetching data, resulting in no order or purchase history being displayed.

Backfilling issue with multiple items

When backfilling one item out of multiple quantity of items, the remaining items cannot be assigned or backfilled. Fixed!

Bug Bounty

We are excited that Checkout is not participating in the Bug bounty security program. Security researchers continuously poke at Checkout to find security holes. This make sure that your data stays secure within you instance.
