Features and Improvements

Enhanced Invoice View

The invoice creation screen has been updated with new visual improvements, making it more intuitive for users to create and review invoices efficiently.

Updated Asset Management for Jira Integration Logo

The Asset Management for Jira integration logo has been updated for cloud platforms to ensure consistency across integrations and asset types pages.

Real-Time Validation of Field Mapping in Checkout

Checkout fields can now be mapped to Asset Management for Jira (AMFJ) fields in real-time. Support has been added to map a Checkout multiselect field to an AMFJ text field. The selected options in the multiselect will be stored in the AMFJ text field, separated by commas.

Create Asset Support Request from Assigned Assets

Customers can now easily report issues with their assigned assets using a "Report Issue" link available next to each asset in the portal. This link opens a request form pre-populated with the customer's assigned asset, allowing selection of one or more assets requiring maintenance. The form includes all necessary fields to submit a support ticket.

Catalog Design Enhancements

The catalog design has been updated for an even more user-friendly experience. This includes a modernized look for item cards with repositioned in-stock labels and defined borders. Fonts have been standardized to enhance readability.

Users can now utilize a quick order feature to easily order multiple items at once. The category layout has been simplified for easier navigation, and product titles are now prominently displayed in modal headers.

Unlisted items has been renamed to "Custom Request" for better clarity.

Resolved an issue where assets assigned to terminated, suspended, or removed users were not searchable, allowing for easier reallocation of these assets.

Resolved Warning Color Issue in Dark Mode

The warning color display issue in dark mode has been resolved, ensuring better visibility and consistency with the app's overall theme.

Order Cancellation Error Resolved

Resolved an issue that prevented users from canceling orders due to a technical error related to data entry limitations. Users can now successfully cancel their orders without encountering errors.

Purchase Order Identifier Simplification

The unique identifier at the top of purchase orders has been simplified to ensure it fits on one line instead of wrapping, enhancing readability and improving the overall user experience. .
