Creating a HAR file is a great way to easily share relevant networking information with application engineers to they can quickly get the the root of an issue you are experiencing.
Steps
In a web browser, navigate to the page that you are experiencing issues on.
Right click anywhere in your browser.
Click ‘Inspect, then click the tab with the name ‘Network’.
The page will look like this in Chrome (and similar to this in other browsers):
From this point, go through the steps of whatever is causing the error you are experiencing.
If the page itself is having errors, please refresh the page.
Once the error has occured, click the down arrow at the top of the Network tab to download the HAR file.
The file will download.
Finally, send it over to our support staff in the relevant support ticket.
