Once your organization has added assets either through importing existing assets or receiving new assets via Checkout fulfillment, they are added to the built-in asset management system.

Asset Types

To view a list of assets, navigate to the Checkout Hub and click on Assets.

Here you can see the following:

  • Asset Type

  • Number of unassigned assets in stock

  • Number of assigned assets

  • Total number of assets

Clicking on any of the asset types will reveal a list of all assets categorized under the asset type.

Asset List

Clicking into an asset type will give you a screen similar to the following:

Here you can see

  • Asset Name

  • Supplying Vendor

  • Number of un-assigned units in stock.

  • Number of assigned units.

  • Total number of unit assets.

  • Asset bulk actions ( import, export )

  • Asset unit actions.

    1. Assign a unit

    2. Add a new unit from same vendor.

    3. Order a backfill unit from vendor.

Asset Details

Asset Details page modal shows a list of all units for a particular asset

  1. Asset details. This includes a description of asset and images. The details only show when the asset is associated with an item.

  2. Total number of units.

  3. Quick assignment manager.

  4. Number of unassigned units in stock.

  5. Toggle to list to show only assigned items.

  6. List of all units

Asset Filters

Checkout has the ability to save a specific configuration of filters for quick and easy future use.

From the Assets page, simply set the desired filters and click “Save As” and enter the name of the filter in the dialog that pops up.

The saved filter will now appear underneath the “Assets” in the Checkout hub left side-bar alongside any other saved Asset Filters.

From here you can perform any actions on Assets as you would otherwise in the main Assets page!
