Cost Center
Cost Centers Overview
Previously referred to as Departments, Cost Centers enable organizations to allocate budgets effectively, allowing for the systematic drawdown of assigned capital as procurement occurs within your Checkout project. This framework facilitates precise financial management and accountability across different organizational units.
Agent View
The agent view presents a detailed list of cost centers, including the main contact and the remaining budget for each. Agents are empowered to adjust cost center budgets and access spend reports, providing a clear overview of financial activities and budgetary health. This view is accessible by navigating to Checkout Hub > Cost Centers from the main menu.
Spend Report and Budget Adjustments
For a detailed analysis of expenditures, agents can click on the blue icon adjacent to each cost center listing. This action reveals a spend report, offering insights into the financial transactions associated with each cost center. Additionally, there is an option to export this report as a CSV file, enhancing the ease of data analysis and sharing.
