Turn Abacus On!

I bet you haven't noticed but we added a feature that turns off Abacus for projects that are not using it. This may seem like a mundane feature but it was huge for both our customers and for us.

Here is how this feature improved Abacus for our customers.

1. Abacus stopped trying to update issues in projects that were not using Abacus.
2. Disabled Abacus status widget. 
   
   
3. Improved performance since Abacus did not have to query customers JIRA because customer JIRA was not calling Abacus needlessly. 

Here is how the feature improved Abacus

1. Reduced traffic to Abacus by almost 50%. That means Abacus had more time to take a nap. 
2. Reduced number of servers working for Abacus. 
3. Increased response time to customer. Responses are now averaging 400ms down from 980ms.

When you turn on Abacus, you have to save at least on formula otherwise Abacus turns back off. We recognize that sometimes, we all forget to turn off the lights when we do not need them, so this is our way of helping you out when you forget.
