Abacus Data Security

We take great strides to make sure data security is a top priority. We've designed Abacus so that all customer data (formulas included) are saved on the customer's JIRA Cloud instance and not on our servers. All data used in the calculations is pulled in real-time from the customer's instance and pushed back to their instance.

The only data saved in our database are the plugin's JWT handshake initiated on the plugin's installation. Once the plugin is deleted we remove that customer's entry from our database.
