Occasionally an Agent may need to cancel an order placed by a customer. This article shows how that can be done.

Instructions

  1. If the Checkout order information is not visible, click on the Fulfill Order button.

  2. If the order has already been submitted, click on Order Actions > Cancel Order

  3. Select the Items you would like to cancel, and then press Cancel Selected
     

  4. Provide instructions to the Vendor about what to do with the order.

  5. Click Cancel Item to automatically send the cancellation notice to the Vendor.
