Checkout provides the ability Checkout offers the capability to generate reports on Assets and Order History using , utilizing attributes/fields you have already configured. The Asset report is similar to our Asset Filters feature, but with the additional ability to generate visual charts.

New Report

To create a new report, navigate to Checkout hub > New Report and select the type of report you would like to create.

Creating a report

1. To initiate a new report:

   • Navigate to the Checkout hub.

   • Choose New Report under Custom Reports.

   • Select New Report and then specific report type you wish to create.

2. Types of Reports:

   • Asset Report: This report presents a tabular view of assets. It offers functionalities to create charts or export data to a CSV file.

   • Order History Report: Similarly, this report displays a tabular overview of your order history with options to produce charts or export the data to a CSV format.

3. Customizing Reports:

   • Each report enables the integration of both existing system attributes and custom attributes.

   • You can specify date ranges to filter the report according to your needs.

   • Label the report and save it for future use.

4. View Customization:

   • Adapt the columns displayed in your report based on your preference.

   • The chosen columns will be reflected when you export the data to a CSV.

5. Exporting to CSV:

   • To export your data to a CSV file:

     1. Click on the eclipse icon located at the top right corner.

     2. Select Export from the dropdown.

6. Generating Charts:

   • After saving the report, visual representations of the data can be created.

   • Click on the Generate Chart icon to start this process.
