Reports
Checkout offers the capability to generate reports on Assets and Order History, utilizing attributes/fields you've previously configured.
Creating a report
To initiate a new report:
Navigate to the Checkout hub.
Choose New Report under Custom Reports.
Select New Report and then specific report type you wish to create.
Types of Reports:
Asset Report: This report presents a tabular view of assets. It offers functionalities to create charts or export data to a CSV file.
Order History Report: Similarly, this report displays a tabular overview of your order history with options to produce charts or export the data to a CSV format.
Customizing Reports:
Each report enables the integration of both existing system attributes and custom attributes.
You can specify date ranges to filter the report according to your needs.
Label the report and save it for future use.
View Customization:
Adapt the columns displayed in your report based on your preference.
The chosen columns will be reflected when you export the data to a CSV.
Exporting to CSV:
To export your data to a CSV file:
Click on the eclipse icon located at the top right corner.
Select Export from the dropdown.
Generating Charts:
After saving the report, visual representations of the data can be created.
Click on the Generate Chart icon to start this process.
