Agent View

Cost Centers ( Formerly known as departments ). Organizations can use cost centers to assign budgets and be able to draw down assigned capital as items are procured for the respective cost center.

The agent view list all cost center, main contact and the remaining budget for each. In this view, agents have the ability to adjust department budgets and view a spend reports.

An agent can navigate to Cost Centers by selecting Checkout → Cost Center.

To view a report of the spend, click on the blue icon on the right of each list. There is also an option to export the report as a CSV file.
