Checkout Hub

The Checkout hub is the central workspace where Agents can access different areas that are useful to their fulfillment processes. The Checkout hub is accessible from the left-hand navigation of your service management project, within a tab labeled “Checkout.”

 

Assets / Inventory

This section lists all Asset Types that exist in your Checkout project. This is the central location where agents can search and manage all assets within your Checkout project.

Cost Centers

A list of all Cost Centers and the allocated Budgets for each one. Agents can also see an audit report of each item ordered by each department and edit their budgets.

Items

A list of all curated items available in your Checkout project. This list includes bundles - two or more items grouped together that can be ordered as one item.

Categories

A list of each Item Category and their details.

Orders

A historic log of all Orders placed in the Checkout project. Allows the Agent to quickly review Order Status and other related details as well as take action to fulfill orders and create backfill for items.

Vendors

A list the current Vendors in Checkout and their contact information.
