Problem
When we have empty fields, Abacus does not seem to calculate. What gives?
Solution
This is by design. Abacus does not want to assume a value and return an answer when not needed. Additionally, not everyone likes their JIRA tickets clattered with needless values. For that reason, it is best to set a default value for your JIRA field in your custom field configuration.
