Bamboo 5.12.x compatibility release

This milestone release allows Charlotte to run in Headless Linux agent installed with Xvfb, Chrome or Firefox Browsers. Make sure to restart you agents so that the can detect their new capabilities. On the main agent, delete the created custom capabilities and make Bamboo detect them a new.
