Charlotte running on Bamboo 5.10.0 does not publish results

Problem

Charlotte is not publishing results from tests run using Bamboo 5.10.0. Tests cases do not pass, but no screenshots are published under the "Charlotte Results" tab. 

Solution

Upgrade Bamboo from 5.10.0.  Bamboo 5.10.0 has a known bug that prevents the Charlotte results from being published as expected. Subsequent versions of Bamboo have fixed the bug and allow Charlotte to run properly.
