401 Error - Checkout does not display anything on the page

 Problem

Checkout does not display anything. Sometimes we see a 401 error on the page like the one below.

 

or .. Something’s gone wrong

 

 Solution

Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. The problem is typically that there has been a new version out that has not been installed in you instance. Once you install, the problem should go away.
