Agent cannot see Checkout order on the ticket

Problem

Agents cannot see the Checkout Order information on a ticket. The ticket may look something like this:

 

Solution

Checkout only works in the new issue view. The agent must make sure that they turn on the new issue view.

  1. Select Your profile and settings > Personal settings.

     

  2. Toggle on the new issue view.
