Send Email

The Send Email action is used to send emails outside of Jira to a set of recipient(s) upon certain conditions being met for an issue. This action also allows you to reference field values inside of the subject and email body.

• To: Recipient(s) of the email

• Subject line. Use the @ symbol to insert variable field values into the Subject line

• Message. Use the @ symbol to insert variable field values into the Message
