Before creating any Charlotte Task

  1. Make sure that the capabilities have been loaded according to Load Capabilities page
  2. If the server doesn't have JDK 1.7+ loaded after following the Load Capabilities documentation, please make sure you install Java 1.7+ and reload the capabilities

Having trouble running a Charlotte task? 

Check the following: 

  1. When running a Charlotte task, make sure to use a java version of 1.7+
  2. Try the latest version of the Selenese Runner 
  3. If Safari isn't running make sure you have the safari driver installed
  4. Internet Explorer not working? Try adding a registry key as described here

Receiving "No agents meet this job's requirements."?

Make sure your administrator has followed the steps on detailed on the Load Capabilities page.
