Jira Assets Integration

Checkout integrates with Jira Assets in a two step process.

Checkout Asset Type to Object Mapping

To Start, head over to the Asset Management section in Checkout Admin. Create a mapping that will copy Checkout fields to Jira Asset fields. Repeat this process for every Checkout AssetType that will be copied over to JIra Assets.

Automated Sync

For the next step, we will switch over to the Automation tab and create a new Automation.

• Select Trigger Type “Asset Created”

• Select Action “Synchronize Checkout Assets”.

  • Add all the asset types you want to synchronize.

  • Save.

Put it into action

Now that you have completed the mapping and turn

on the automation, Checkout will sync Asset into Jira Assets as they are are added into Checkout.
