Feature and Improvements

Automations can now be triggered based on custom numeric fields within order items. For instance, if an item's custom field like "memory size" equals "16" GB, an automatic compatibility check note can be added to the order.

SKU Field Update

The SKU field is no longer required when creating an item, and the label will not be displayed if the field is left empty.

Enhanced Order History Report

The order history report now includes additional Checkout system fields like Bundle Name and Bundle Quantity, as well as associated Jira issue summaries and custom item fields, to provide a more comprehensive data for your reports.

Purchase Order Submission Issue

We've resolved an issue where creating a Purchase Order from a request with an empty custom field resulted in an error. Purchase orders will now be created regardless of custom field entries.
